The Ministry of Health, Public Hygiene and Universal Health Cover recorded this Sunday, January 23, 2022, 62 new cases of Covid-19 out of 2,253 samples taken, i.e. 2.7% positive cases, 243 cured and 1 death.

As of January 23, 2022, Côte d’Ivoire therefore has 80,176 confirmed cases, including 76,831 people cured, 779 deaths and 2,566 active cases.
The total number of samples is 1,341,052.

On January 22, 6,331 doses of vaccine were administered, making a total of 7,916,508 doses from March 1, 2021 to January 22, 2022.
The Minister of Health, Public Hygiene and Universal Health Cover invites all persons over 18 to be vaccinated at vaccination centres. Vaccination against COVID-19 is free and voluntary.
