The Secretary General of the Nahouri Province, Sanfiénalé Joseph Sirima, chaired on September 5, 2024 in Pô, the opening ceremony of the 72 hours of young entrepreneurs of Nahouri, which is intended to be a framework for exchanges and sharing of experience between young people in the province. The initiative is from the company Terre Africaine.
Under the theme ‘Community entrepreneurship and participatory development’, more than 100 young people from the province took part in the 72 hours of young entrepreneurs of Nahouri from September 5 to 7, 2024.
Initiated by the company Terre Africaine, these 72 hours of young entrepreneurs of Nahouri are intended to be a framework for exchanges and sharing of experiences between young people of the province on several themes.
From training on leadership and participatory development to training on agro-pastoral entrepreneurship, through training in community entrepreneurship, awareness on drug use, adulterated alcohol and delinquency, the hundred young people receiv
ed the necessary tools to face entrepreneurship on all levels and working life as a whole.
According to the promoter, CEO of the company Terre Africaine, Daniel Assaguipiou Abongté, also national president of the association of young entrepreneurs of Burkina, the 72 hours will allow these young people to face life and take up the challenges of food self-sufficiency.
The Secretary General of the province of Nahouri, Sanfiénalé Joseph Sirima, invited the participants to take ownership of the contents of the themes developed.
For him, young people must banish individualism and rely on themselves.
‘You should have the courage to always undertake by taking useful risks and in a collective way,’ he concluded.
At the end of these 72 hours of communication and exchanges, the participants leave equipped to face the challenges of working life while banishing the ills of life.
