Songon, Many artists, singers, producers and patrons paid their last respects to the renowned artist manager, Jaguen Abouet, at the Yopougon sports complex.
On the night of Saturday January 22 to Sunday January 23, 2022, several renowned artists stormed the Yopougon sports complex, to pay tribute to the one who made the careers of several of them as well as the good times of modern Ivorian music.

Alongside these artists, the first deputy mayor of Yopougon, Issifou Coulibaly, took part in the artistic vigil of the man of culture, Jaguen Abouet, who died on December 14, 2021, following a long illness.

On Tuesday, January 25, a workshop is planned at the Palais de la culture in Treichville and the following day, a gala match will take place at the terrain of the New Quarter in Yopougon.

The body will be lifted on Friday January 28, 2022 in Ivosep Treichville, followed by the transfer of the remains to Sakassou.

Died on December 14, 2021 following a long illness, the man of culture and manager of renowned artists, Jaguen Abouet, will be buried on January 29, 2022 in Sakassou. He was at the genesis of the success of many Ivorian artists.
