Abidjan, April 4, 2022 (AIP) – The President of the Federation of Associations for the Social Advancement of the Handicapped in Cote d’Ivoire (FAHCI), Raphael Dogbo pleaded, Monday April 4, 2022, for the creation of an observatory of people with a disability.

According to Dogbo Raphael, who spoke during the celebration of the 29th International Day of Persons with Disabilities in Abidjan, this national observatory will be an instrument of control and protection of actions in favor of persons with disabilities, especially since the According to him, legislative and regulatory provisions in favor of disabled people “are unfortunately not applied in Côte d’Ivoire”.
