Côte d’Ivoire-AIP / The populations of the Palaka canton called to reconcile

Ferkessédougou, The economic, social, environmental and cultural adviser, Daniel Kossomina Ouattara, called on Saturday, January 07, 2022, the populations of the Pakala canton for reconciliation.

He was speaking during a reconciliation awareness tour he undertook in the Palaka canton (Ferkessédougou). “I call on you to silence the internal quarrels, to reconcile with each other whatever the wrongs are committed. The upcoming local elections must not exacerbate the latent disagreements”, launched Mr. Ouattara.

He invited the populations to make peace and agree before the electoral deadlines and even after, so that the development of the canton initiated by the president of the regional council of Tchologo, Téné Birahima Ouattara, is facilitated.

In return, the president of the youth of Dielebelé, Yéo Ardjouma and the chief of the village pledged to be part of the reconciliation process in the Palaka canton, and also to pass the message on to the other villages.

The tour will end in the locality of Sefonodiokaha.
