The empowerment of women was at the center of a conference at Intelcia, to commemorate the promotion of women’s rights. This meeting, which brought together women on Friday, March 24, 2023 in Abidjan-Cocody, was an opportunity for the President of the Board of Directors of the SEPHIS Foundation, Sephora Kodjo, special guest and speaker, to look into the keys to empowerment, namely, balance in raising children, working life and home. The director of Intelcia Côte d’Ivoire, Jaoid El baraka welcomed the holding of this conference on the empowerment of women. “It is a pleasure to be able to receive a great lady with whom we have common points on the employability of young people and the empowerment of women,” he declared. The speaker Sephora Kodjo, during her speech, praised the bravery of the leaders of society by urging women to have good time management and priorities because whatever we decide, we must find a way to fulfillment and the choice of spouse is decisive for the success of a life. “A woman who works on her leadership is an asset for the home, she must have a perfect vision of her objectives by reconciling professional life and family life despite an overloaded schedule between career, projects and business,” she indicated. One participant, Maimouna Fofana, expressed her gratitude to the management for this opportunity to discuss with this woman leader.
