Côte d’Ivoire-AIP/ Les enseignants de l’IEP Yamoussoukro-Sinzibo se forment à la bonne pratique de classe
Teachers at the CP (preparatory courses), CE (elementary courses) and CM (middle courses) levels of the preschool and primary education inspection (IEPP) in Yamoussoukro-Sinzibo have since benefited Wednesday, May 11, 2022 training on the efficient use of educational programs and execution guides.
“A teacher who does not have a good readability of the educational documents can be confused and teach not what is recommended to him but will rather do improvisation”, explained the inspector of preschool and primary education Yamoussoukro-Sinzibo , Mrs. Kanga Penond, to justify the opportunity of the meeting.
“You can have a document and not know how to use it. If they are not given the basics, many will not have the necessary skills and strategies,” she continued.
The educational programs as well as the execution guides constitute the compass of the teacher both in the development of his preparations and in the conduct of the teaching/learning sessions.
With a view to the proper execution of the performance contract which binds the inspectorate to her superiors, Mrs. Kanga Penond and her collaborators crisscross the schools during the year in contact with the teachers in order to collect their difficulties in terms of pedagogic.
Training is then designed to boost the level of these teachers.
They are generally carried out by level educational advisers or, if necessary, by experts from the Ministry of National Education and Literacy.
For the year 2022, a first training had brought together over three days in the course of March the actors of the preschool level, it is recalled.
