The Ministry of Health, Public Hygiene and Universal MAadie coverage recorded on Saturday April 15, 2023, a new case of Covid-19 out of 183 samples taken, i.e. 0.5 % of positive cases, 0 cured and 0 deaths.

As of April 15, 2023, Côte d’Ivoire therefore has 88,316 confirmed cases including 87,473 people cured, 834 deaths and 9 active cases with a total number of samples which is 1,687,850. On April 14, 2023, 1,988 doses of vaccine were administered for a total of 27,464,577 doses from March 1, 2021 to April 14, 2023.

The Minister of Health, Public Hygiene and Universal Health Cover invites all people over the age of 12 to be vaccinated in vaccination centres. Vaccination against COVID-19 is free and voluntary.
