A website dedicated to news and real estate ads in Côte d’Ivoire, called www.annoncesimmo-ci.com, was launched on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 in Abidjan, noted the AIP during a ceremony at the Azalaï hotel in Marcory.

“This site is intended to facilitate real estate research and to be for real estate professionals a real communication and marketing tool”, said the general manager of NIKKOSA Communication, Samuel Kotei-Nikoi, promoter of this new digital media which is an “improved version of the deceased Abidjan-immobilier.net ”.

The advertsimmo-ci.com site, in addition to regularly publishing information on the real estate sector in Côte d’Ivoire, offers a search engine for real estate advertisements in the country, particularly in terms of real estate promotions, rentals and sale of land or housing.

According to Samuel Kotei-Nikoi, his team has taken several steps to guarantee the reliability and credibility of companies and agencies that will open accounts on the site to promote their offers.

“One of the goals of this project is above all to allow users looking for real estate to go to structures which operate legally and which will allow them to be able to effectively enjoy this property,” he continued.

The site, it is said, is also open to actors and professionals in sectors related to real estate, such as hotels, security, maintenance.
