Found guilty of the theft of a mosquito net belonging to Sieur Droh, a young man was sentenced, Wednesday June 10, 2021, to one month in prison in Danané.
At the bar, KKS admitted to having stolen the mosquito net suspended in the court of the plaintiff while, according to the president of the court of Danané, Lanciné Koné, the mosquito nets are distributed free of charge.
“I changed neighborhood, I needed a new mosquito net,” said the defendant to whom the prosecutor requested 45 days in prison.
The judge finally retained 30 days of imprisonment with a fine of 50,000 FCFA and three years of ban on appearing in the national territory with the exception of his native region.
