The Ministry for Youth, through the leadership of associations and strengthening capacities of youth conducted Monday 1 st June 2021, the publication of the final list of associations selected as part of the renewal of the bodies of the National Youth Council of Côte d’Ivoire (CNJCI).

According to the director of associative life and capacity building for young people, Koffi Constant, who gave the information during a press conference, at the meeting room of the ministry in charge of youth, the list of associations selected will be published in all regional and departmental directorates of the said ministry, in the directorate of associative life and capacity building for young people located in Sebroko, as well as on all digital platforms of the ministry and its partners.

After the publication of the list, a litigation period is open for 48 hours, from Wednesday 02 to Thursday 03 June 2021.

Also, the associations selected are requested to send the names of their two representatives to the regional and departmental youth directorates of their places of attachment with a view to the establishment of the electoral college, from Wednesday 02 to Friday. 04 June 2021.

“In addition, we are announcing that the application files will be received from Wednesday 02 to Friday 04 June 2021 from the regional and departmental youth directorates of the place where the candidates wish to apply,” said Mr. Koffi.

He specified that the departmental elections of CNJCI delegates will be by district and will extend from Thursday, June 17 to Friday, July 2, 2021, according to a schedule that will be made public.
