This invitation is part of the “special operation” of mass distribution initiated by the general management of ONECI in the various municipalities of Abidjan and in the towns of the interior of the country, in addition to the sites. usual.

This operation of local and mass distribution of national identity cards responds to the slowness observed at the level of the populations for the withdrawal of cards.

In total, it is more than six million renewed national identity cards that the populations will have to recover, on the whole of the national territory.
