Côte d’Ivoire-AIP / ONECI distributes more than 4,000 national identity cards in Yopougon

The National Office for Civil Status and Identification (ONECI) distributed more than 4,000 national identity cards (CNI), during a special operation held on Monday 14 to Wednesday June 16, 2021, at the Jessy Jackon sports complex in the town of Yopougon.

According to the director general of ONECI, Sitioni Kafana, the objective of this operation was to allow a local and mass distribution of CNIs to the populations of the commune. This, in addition to the already existing withdrawal sites, among others, the central town hall and the 23 rd district of Yopougon Andokoi.

This action, which will extend to the various communes of the district of Abidjan as well as in the cities of the interior of the country, will be coupled with enrollment operations for the acquisition of the CNI, for the latecomers, supported Sitioni Kafana. .
