Côte d’Ivoire-AIP / Grabo town hall honors more than three hundred women

The mayor of Grabo, Dougboyou Takouo Martin, and his municipal council proceeded to the presentation of donations to more than 300 mothers of the locality thanking them for their socio-educational and economic contribution within the communities .

Large batches of loincloths, jewelry and various kitchen utensils were handed over on Saturday. June 5, 2021 to “brave mothers from all socio-professional layers of the town of Grabo, from villages, hamlets and neighborhoods” said the mayor, Dougboyou Takouo Martin.

This ceremony was organized by its socio-cultural service led by the head of social affairs Gbohouo Dominique, for whom, the mayor’s priority is to allow each inhabitant to be integrated through gestures of support but above all that everyone is strives to do his job well for his own development.

“This is why many projects have been developed by the town hall, in favor of young people and women,” he underlined.

The opportunity was given to the mayor of Grabo to recall the values ​​and role that women play daily in households, services and in rural areas, congratulating them and encouraging them to always remain in dignity, while ensuring the education of their children.
