At the initiative of Nanan Miessan Kacou Venance, 22 th king of Aboure Ehivet, political and traditional authorities and the Bonoua residents in their different components held Friday, May 28, 2021, a ceremony tribute to Dr Eugène Aka Aouélé for his appointment as head of the Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council (CESEC) by the President of the Republic, Alassane Ouattara.

Opening the series of speeches in front of the massively gathered populations at Place Amangoua, Mayor Jean-Paul Amethier presented Dr Aka Aouélé as a great development actor who should be rightly greeted. “His appointment as president of CESEC is deserved,” he said.

The deputy of Bonoua-Bongo, Elidjé Ekra Joseph, affirmed the pride felt by the populations of Sud-Comoé following the appointment of one of theirs of recognized merit.

As for Adjé Tchomian Jeannot, on behalf of the high hierarchy of the Abouré Ehivet people, he expressed the gratitude of all to the President of the Republic for the honor he does to the entire region of South Comoé by appointing Aka Aouélé to a position as important as that of president of CESEC.

President Alassane Ouattara and Dr Aka Aouélé were respectively promoted to the rank of “Bliman Général des Noudjou-Supreme Chief of the Armies of the generation in power” and “Central Chief of Noudjou Attiblé-Chief of Staff”, with all this that this includes as attributes and charges.

Dr Eugène Aka Aouélé welcomed the mobilization of the day. “This ceremony is in fact a tribute to the President of the Republic Alassane Ouattara, a key player in the second Ivorian miracle. He is grateful to celebrate the one who appoints. With you and thanks to you, we must say thank you, ”he commented.

Dr Aka Aouélé was appointed President of CESEC on April 6, 2021.
