Keldon Johnson and JaVale McGee will replace Bradley Beal and Kevin Love in the Team USA roster for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games, NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski claimed on Friday.

Wojnarowski said there is significant support for Spurs forward Johnson to be added to 12-man roster and claimed that Nuggets’ center McGee will travel to Las Vegas to join the team on Saturday.

The US will take on France, Iran, and Czech Republic in the Olympics’ Group A.

The multi-sport event in Japan will take place from July 23 to Aug. 8 after being postponed for a year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
